In the wake of Elise and Jim's shocking argument, team morale is at an all-time low causing a major shifting of alliances. Kendra is devastated by the loss of a family member, and a cold shoulder from Elise has her questioning their friendship. Meanwhile, Jim has his hands full when he oversees a mountain excursion with an Olympic champion and a group of novice skiers.
