we took a closer look and it seems that if you want to watch the show how it
originally
aired you can't even do that with -aafs release
more fun facts

-aafs runtime is 44:06 which means they have somehow added 2 minutes of dupe
footage.
-9:33 to 11:45 is a random piece of the show from later on.
-the part after the first commercial break on aaf's is actually the 3rd
segment.
there's probably more random footage moved around. seems when they put humpty
dumpty
back together again, the pieces went every which way.
we apologize for our slipup. but we assure you the show is in the right order
and complete.
proper notes:
aaf's release is missing about 4 seconds at the start of the show. their
encode also has blocking issues
throughout.

need some help from anyone.
just downloaded this season 2, episode 1 from gossip girl:
gossip.girl.s02e01.proper.repack.hdtv.xvid-2hd
yet, i can't get it to work on my mac os 10.4.11, using the latest quicktime
version. apparently i need to downlad the xvid component, which i did, and still
i can't get it to work.
