i did not notice anything wrong with the audio,maybe the problem is at your end?? anyway,if it was out of sync it would have been nuked by now,but it hasn't. |

keep calm , lol , although america has some of the best shows the uk have i suspect more top positions, if we had to check the top ten tv shows of 2012 i would say the uk had 6 of them. seriously just look at how the us has copied some of the uk shows. now to throw a spanner into it all, i prefer a lot more of the us shows, i feel personally that the uk actors overact, while the us actors seem to have more of a problem of being believable in there roles. but for time period dramas and nature or science documentaries the uk cannot be beat, not by a long shot. i suspect if we had to do the same and take the top 100 documentaries of all time the uk would have at least 95 of the top 100. just goes to show that hollywood is not the only place that can produce really good content, and if they had to disappear i am sure there would be others that would be able to take there place. |

sometimes audio sync issues are a result of windows (or other os) faulty resource allocation issues. sometimes it help to close all other apps, utilities, windows, etc...sometimes it may require rebooting to free up system resources. example, i have a dual core 2.93 ghz processor, 2 gigs ram, which would seem like more than enough to play any movie, and usually it is. however, if i've been editing images all day, kept a couple dozen browswer tabs open or visited hundreds of sites, while running a couple other apps, even after closing all the apps, sometimes, system resources are not freed up and a reboot is needed. anyway, just something to keep in mind. |

vlc has a track synchronization feature under the window drop-down menu. play with it a bit and see if you can't find the audio sync you need. |

i 100% disagree with your precentages  imo, they are misleading.but you do give some good advice. in my experience, more than 75% of the complaints in these forums regarding audio sync, or other playback issues, are invalid, they are en-user issues, rather than faulty encodes by the scene. the scene groups do occasionally release faulty files, but far far less often than the number of claims that are made in these forums. |
