the point is not lost on me, i get that there have been a few nuked releases this season, and that being
cautious or weary is warranted. however, i call bullshit on your assertion.
the number of nukes this season has nothing to do with what i said:

it is rare that a flawed release would go un-noticed and un-nuked beyond two hours.
it would also be rare for a successor to take more than two hours to be release by the scene.
seven episodes, so far, this season. we torrented both sd and 720 of each episode.
18 scene releases in total.
3 of which were flawed, nuked, and successor made available in under 2 hours.
1 received an unwarrant nuke status, which was later removed.
if you regularly download the 720, then 2 of the 7 episodes were nuked.
if you regularly download the sd then only 1 of the 7 were nuked.
again, the flaws were commented on, nuked, and successors released in under two hours.
720 -- game of thrones s03e01 repack 720p hdtv x264-evolve
the repack was release by evolve in less than 1 hour after the nuked version.
sd -- game of thrones s03e03 proper hdtv x264-2hd
the proper was released by 2hd in about 1.5 hours after evolve's release was nuked
720 -- game of thrones s03e05 proper 720p hdtv x264-killers
the proper by killers was released in about 1.5 hours after immerse's release was nuked.
sd -- game of thrones s03e05 proper hdtv x264-evolve
this proper was nuked because the previous release should not have been nuked.
so does this one even really count...?
if you take the total number of scene releases in one week, or month, or year, by any single scene
group, or the scene as a whole, the percentage of technically flawed releases is very low...in the single
digit percentile.
"mountain out of a molehill" comes to mind.

is this person genuinely curious about the status of this release?
or, was it a rhetorical question?
was it underhanded sniveling.
i suspect it was the latter two.
if the question was genuine, then i owe this person a huge apology.
if the question is as i suspected, rhetorical and sniveling,
