i checked multiple websites (no just our own) for comments.
only one person/comment regarding oos.

oos here as well.
right from the beginning.
-10 ms seems to be about the right adjustment.
edit: goes out of sync in various places as well.
seems to be a media player classic issue.
once every few months i run across a torrent which seems to do this in mpc. seems to be in sync in vlc.
