the well known and much respected documentary, 'download1 php?id=199579'. with a name reminiscent of thx 1138, this
documentary demonstrates the impersonality of the modern piracy culture, where great works of art and film are boiled
down to simple numbers and letters, and then downloaded en mass by hoards of people desperate for the next gigabyte.
these downloads are sometimes ignored and lost forever as the seeds die out, and sometimes fought over and debated by
anonymous people, in between pictures of grumpy cats, links to russian porn sites, and calling each other names.

man, the download1 php?id series has sucked ever since around episode 198000. i can't believe
they're still making this show.
