funny man review: american chopper

the dire alternative to "pimp my ride" continues to depress upon each viewing,
with no sign of any improvement in script quality. at least there is nostalgic
pleasure in hearing discovery's canned-laughter machine still in working order
despite infrequent outings. mirthless lines are greeted with thunderous
laughter, just as they have been down the decades whenever the network has tried
to prove it can do sitcoms.

3/10 - two-wheeled rubbish.

or if he did video games; pac man, or is that too up to the minute for
funnyman?

ok fans, the admins have obviously zapped the insect so it's back to business
here on the internet's greatest thread (i.g.t.):

funny man review: scrubs

a laugh-less fest, scrubs is meant to be the "hilarious alternative" to er and
gray's anatomy. the narration, droned by the main procrastinator jd is forced
and annoying. the storylines themselves are far fetched - funny man would prefer
a trip to the torture chamber if this is what would await him at a hospital. the
characters are all mentally unbalanced, spending most of their screen time
screaming and talking nonsense. the storylines are also riddled with in-jokes,
which makes watching a random episode nearly impossible. to round up the review
funny man would not recommend this to anyone seeking a few laughs.

3/10 - the lunatics running the asylym never works. garbage.

funny man review: south park

south park tells the tale of the madcap adventures of four foul-mouthed 10 year
olds. the gags are thick and fast, and despite some teething problems (jerky
animation, crappy celebrity "guest voices"), funny man sees this as one of the
better animated shows out there. garbage like american dad and family guy have
lifted a lot from this little show, but neither of the aforementioned shows come
close to this one.

8/10 - it may have taken 12 seasons but funny man thinks they've cracked it.

funny man review: sophie.

the usual mix of impossible premise, a pointless story, flat characters, utter
lack of acting talent and notable absence of directing are all to be found here.
sophie spins the tale of a woman who juggles life between being a hollywood
agent and a devoted mother. funny man was surprised to find this crock appearing
again here on eztv, but someone obviously thinks it's a good idea to recycle
this rubbish as a filler until the new season begins in autumn / fall*. this
show never fails to succeed in driving the viewer to dementia with every forced
"joke".

1/10 - this is gonna make a <b>killing<b> on tv worldwide....mainly the killing
of the careers of anybody involved in this mess. garbage.

* (did you know? if you started now and uploaded / downloaded an episode of the
wire each
day, you would have all 5 seasons of the best tv show ever watched in time for
the new tv season.)

funny man review: 1000 ways to die.

with an over-abundance of garbage filling the airwaves these days it is a rarity
when funny man can sit down and enjoy a show. this was the case for 1000 ways to
die. various deaths are reconstructed and shown to the viewer. there is normally
a sting in the tail for each of the deaths, and the show goes into great detail
about the cause of death. for example, one jerk got killed by a snakebite, the
show then goes into the scientifics of snake bites. there have only been two
episodes of this released, funny man hopes there will be more soon.

8/10 - surprisingly good.

funny man review: true blood.

hbo's latest offering is a crazy mix of comedy, romance and action. set in
modern day new orleans, true blood is staged in a time when vampires have "come
out of the coffin" and now live amongst us. all kinds of weird and wonderful
characters show up here, eg: rogue of x-men fame and vinny from home and away.
the storylines are deep and thought provoking and the pace is electrifying.
funny man cannot wait to see where this one takes him.

8/10 - these vampires don't suck!
