people have been saying that since season 4. as great as season 4 was, it had its drawbacks and a
weird ending. season 5 ended even worse, and this finale is worse again. this show has been going
downhill for a while, so don't expect it to start getting better again. dexter's peak is long gone.
still, those of us who've watched the entire series are too invested now to give up watching this.

cliffhanger ending was completely expected. this show hasn't ended a season with a proper conclusion
since season 3.

SPOILER ALERT - (highlight to read)
it was too easy if you ask me. the whole thing with travis' imagination as well as the
'deb cliffhanger' could be seen coming from a mile away. i mean why would dex change his routine and
do his thing in a place where everyone knows he will be? it was too predictable and careless for a
calculated type like dexter.

the whole season seemed like an introduction to next season where deb will initially be okay with
dex' business, but after some doubts she messes up and exposes dexter after which she will regret
doubting him. dex will then either die or have to go into hiding > end of show. (since the producers
have always said it will end badly for dexter)

and by the way: season 4 was the most awesomest of awesome seasons, i mean how can you not
think the

have you heard of google, bing, imdb, tvguide, thefutoncritic, wikipedia, epguides, tvrage,
showtime, etc????? you're sitting in front of a computer connected to the internet...right?
that's like sitting in front of a clock and asking someone else what time it it.

season six ended!!!
all six seasons have had 12 episodes each
season seven's date tbd
all six seasons have started in late september or early october

i dunno what's people complaining about, the finale was great.

i love these turning of events, keep the serie interesting, but i miss the misc kills.

on november 18, 2011, it was announced that dexter had been renewed for two more seasons. (7&8)

past seasons have started near the end of sept. or beginning oct.
