no, this is not just a file extension change, the 3gp file is actually a low bit-rate version of the usual 175mb avi file. 3gp files are for cell phones, this torrent will look crap on a 17" laptop or any panel tv. you can still get the proper avi version from tpb here: http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/7152095/family_guy_s10e18_you_cant_do_that_on_television_peter_hdtv_xvid#filelistcontainer
