update: this release meets the scene standards. the nuke status was premature and unfounded. orlydb has removed the nuke status. under 120ms oos is allowed... and barely noticeable. the sd x264 tv releasing standards 2012 http://scenerules.irc.gs/n.html?id=2012_sdtvx264u1.nfo . |

i looked the fool last night when my friends were unable to find got on the 'newsfeeds' and i said, oh well it's up on ez i can get it for you in a jif. i'm wondering why it does not show up on the newsfeeds as quickly as some of the other shows and many times under some weird random file name, and i'm also wondering if newsfeed is a safer way to download than torrent. i like doing it with torrents better because i can usually find everything i ever want, old, new, and obscure. on the other hand with newsfeeds i tend to have trouble finding some of the old and obscure, and even the new as with got some of the time. |

"drifts.200ms.out.of.sync.eg.4m31s"
isn't 200ms > 120ms? |

it seems to me that 200ms was a mistake of some sort, it was re checked? i'd say that basically who cares if it does or doesn't have more than 120ms oos because there are other releases out that have no oos. i'm grateful for the opportunity to get the video at all, myself. i just would like to understand more about the timing of these releases relative to torrent sites vs newsfeeds vs diff series, other than the fact of when they air and where. that i get, you can't encode something if it hasn't been capped yet, but when the show has aired and been capped what puts one show ahead of the que for encode and upload, and why do some shows come out on newsfeed first and others don't or even some don't show up on newsfeed at all. |

@plux2010 -- apparently, it did not drift 200ms oos, as first reported...that is the point. hence, my comment, "the nuke status was premature and unfounded" the scene groups collectively make these decissions, and they decided, based on their own rules, as stated in the sd x264 tv releasing standards 2012 http://scenerules.irc.gs/n.html?id=2012_sdtvx264u1.nfo that this release meets their standards. @trekhippy -- all good questions. sorry i don't have quick easy answers. if only i had more time |

@boonesferry, i thank you for the compliment. i do understand that time is a precious commodity, and if you ever do find you have a little extra time, i would really appreciate any intel you might have on those questions. anyone else as well, thank you very much. i have always appreciated the work put into eztv and the work of the cappers/encoders/uploaders. |
